Only talk to robots

I have a BIG issue with unable to talk to a human from ebay. About payeer account and ebay as a whole. Both are run by robots. I am quiting ebay as they do not care. And so much red tape more than banks to open accounts.  GOOD BY. AND good riddance no more pain from them

We don't have payeer here in Australia

So posting on the member to member forum for eBay Australia is not going to get them to help

You are registered in Malaysia and logged into eBay Australia 

Not surprising you are having issues regarding a bank account
