We find your current payment method to sellers extremely confusing. A problem that could have been very simple has now been made unnecessarily complicated by your unclear payment practices.
It has become very difficult for sellers to reconcile actual sales revenue with the amount received.
We understand that you need to deduct advertising, promotion, and service fees, and we are also aware of your intention behind moving away from the previous PayPal-based direct payment system. However, as a third-party sales platform, the current method of disbursing funds to sellers is highly problematic.
About a month ago, we increased our ad spending across our listings, and we did see improved sales and daily turnover. However, we also noticed that the daily payouts from you have been extremely limited or delayed.
Our finance department has started a full audit of our 2025 eBay sales versus actual payments received. If any discrepancies are found, we will contact you immediately and take all necessary actions.

Pointless to contact other members
And since eBay rarely read here, they are not going to see your ‘threats’
Paypal has not been a thing for sellers in over 5 years
If you don’t know what you are doing, and your accountant can’t give you advice, and you think posting all this on the member to member forum is going to achieve something, I don’t know what to tell you

eBay managed payments are extremely simple to understand, and not at all confusing.
Use the "Help" hyperlink at the bottom of the page, and type "Getting paid for items you've sold" in the search field. You'll find a 2min article explaining how the payments work.... but to summarise, your buyer pays, eBay deducts the relevant fees and charges, the balance is sent to your nominated bank account. That's it in a nutshell.
