I have never heard of Disa, nor do I think a huge proportion of eBay users would. Therefore it is unlikely that eBay, an online marketplace, would wish to clunk up their system (which can't even handle what it needs to atm), by adding a social media streaming app. If that's what it is.
I suppose it depends on why you need to stream your eBay messages. If selling, you probably should be paying attention to the selling bit, if buying I can understand you not wanting to actually have to think about what you buy.
