12 Year Old Boy Puts Cop in His Place

Cop on motorcycle- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNjaEVFiku0

Even though the cop is clearly in the wrong, he proceeds to ask the boy for his ID and his information just for daring to ask the arrogant, mustache-wielding public servant what the emergency was that warranted an illegal parking. Kudos to you Jeremy Drew for putting this arrogant public servant in his place.

What I really want to know is how did he wield his mustache...rip it off and beat the boy with it ...the mind boggles.

Is it fair to say that if I rode a motorcycle up on a sidewalk like that for a quick and easy stop, you would say i deserved to have it taken away, towed and impounded, pay fines, tow fee, and storage to get it back? Could i just get back on the bike and ride away while a cop was confronting me with the violation?

OMG, I can't even legally ride a bicycle on the side of a public road without having it taken away, being abducted, and accused of being in the middle of the road blocking traffic.

Lets say i was walking on that sidewalk, and the bike was in my way blocking me from proceeding on, lets say i kicked the bike out of my way to be able to get past,

Your responce?

Actually joanie...if you lived where I do in Australia it is perfectly legal to park a motorbike on the foothpath....unless there are signs advising that you can't....so to answer your question from the perspective of my experience in my own country...YES you could get on your bike and ride away with a police officer standing there because they would not being isssuing you with anything.

If you kicked someone's bike over yes..YOU would be in trouble because as I said it is legal in Melbourne for bikes to park on the footpath.

Don't that open the door to those using motorcycles to gain an advantage in traffic?, passing cars in heavy stand still traffic by riding along the roadside? There by creating a saftey hazzard? But then i don't know how many people there are riding moter bikes as you put it, there. The way i suspect the weather is though, it would be perfect for riding. Being able to pull up alongside a building instead of having to find a parking space, kinda makes me wish i did live there. From Perth to Sydney on a Harley, that might be fun.

It's not about riding a motorcycle on the footpath, but being able to legally park it on a footpath. Most motorcycle riders will park their bikes in a car parking space unless they have a reason to park otherwise.

BTW, our Postmen/women do ride their motorcycles on the footpath. LEGALLY!
