If not noticed VIC and NSW has declared a 48 curfew , non-essential travel ban , which seems to be effective as observed from my place of residence
Was sitting on the varandah and watched over the opposite woodland/grassland the Vline train thunder past like a huge long garden gnome in motion - anyhow , 5 carriages and no obvious passengers , so the travel ban seems effective and the people agreeably compliant
