Re: A good way to stay poor if you want

lol, my experience of Poddsters comments is that most of the time he's taking the mickey or just trying to inject a bit of levity into the coversation.

The left have a blind spot for levity, they take everything so seriously, the h...  just can't abate, that's what they do, it's in their DNA, just ask Julia or Kevin.

The fact is that the tiny majority on the top is getting richer by the minute, and the middle classes are heading down, and the ruling classes are blaming the poor for that.  Sadly there is just enough ignorant people who believe them, and vote for the very people who are making sure they get poorer and poorer.

I do not want to live in society that have poor people living in slums, where many employed people are only just managing to scrape by and cannot afford medical care or to educate their children, but that is where we are heading.

Ahhh! the politics of envy, something Labor are so good at. The culture wars, the inequity wars, the have nots v the haves wars, the gender wars, it's never ending.

Australia is a rich country, people do not live in slums, we have no slums if you don't count the public housing that is destroyed by the so called poor poor. As for not affording medical care, that's an outright lie  and children are educated whether a parent is low income or not.

This type of scare mongering and lies is par for the course for Labor and it's adherents.

Shame.
