Visiting leaders don't break laws as they are exempt under diplomatic immunity and the law only says ' not alowed to hinder press access to information' so they could have got transcripts.(after their gov vetted them?)

and Indonesian media may feel better as they have now noted that Tony Abbott gags the media here too
