A day or so after our PM and Brandis came across as dills for not being able to explain their own policies. Abetz has come out and told us all that there is a link between breast cancer and abortion.
Is there ANY intelligence to be found in ANY individual in our current government?
Did they specifically recruit the dumbest possible candidates to sit in cabinet or what?

The proof is as clear as the vaccination-autism argument.
Some nutter in the early 50s makes a link between abortion and breastcancer. It is picked up by various other nutters with their own agendas through the 60's. And suddenly there is a body of unsubtantiated "research" which is repeated and repeated.
Meanwhile scientific research tries to reach the same conclusion (time and time again) and fails.

There have always been 'links' between some types of cancers/diseases and certain drugs as dangerous side effects , but that's not what that silly politican is implying. Good article there donnashuggy, thank you.

You have proof that there's not?
I think there is more likely to be a link with contraceptives...................
I am a size 7.5 shoe, if that helps to find links.....................

The point everyone seems to be missing here is that when you take HRT or cancer medications you are always warned about possible side effects - I certainly was when I took HRT. If there was really apossible link between abortion drugs and breast cancer, then women atking an abortion drug would be warned about it - failing to do so would leave the prescribing doctor open to legal action should the patient develop breast cancer - and doctors aren't stupid...

I'm a bit more worried because I wear a size 6.

Yes, agreed, I had not considered that............. I was advised not to take HRT as the cancer was Estrogen positive.

Do you think men who have had breast cancer might be wondering about themselves now?
