My thoughts have been graviting towards viral loading from airborne pathogens and the stress levels of the mortal coil - nothing new here , but in view of the current crisis am wondering whether during some times of the year might be helpful to reduce what ones body has to deal with.
Thought at first UVC air filter would be the way to go - and while effective and with the additional peace of mind rendering positively inactive - seems common HEPA filters are just as effective in removing target viruses as a threat

My thoughts are that if you have a working immune system these things aren't too bad. If you insulate yourself from all and every pathogen then you never build a tolerance or immunity.

I have a working immune system, having allowed my body to build a tolerance. I rarely get sick. I might have had the flu when I was 17, but I definitely haven't in the last 50 years.
Flu is also a corona virus, so this one doesn't scare me.

Seasonal flu tends to be treated as 52 card pick up - about 8,000 America located people have succumbed so far , however I have read that unlike flu Covid-19 leaves at least some survivors with on-going health issues

I see some people have tested Positive for the Virus but have no Symptoms, they are Carriers
Lots of people recover, I get heaps of rashess and Hay fever but never get a cold or the Flu.
Sun block is the worse for me, never come across one yet that does not give me a rash
