I bet his official report - if he actually did one - says the dog was aggressive and he felt threatened.
Its a shame their parents failed one of the basic parenting requirements of teaching them to not be cruel to defenseless animals.
I hope the next animal he taunts rips his face off - and the bystanders too.

And this is where the internet in general is a good thing. Everyone's got a phone they can record on, makes it hard to cleanse the story. And this one's all over Youtube. I think a couple of careers may be being flushed as we speak.
