Annoying other people. A question

If you are in a group of people and you were doing something that annoyed them all. If they asked you nicely to stop would you? Or would you think its your right to keep doing it?

Wrong on that guess, Julia.  

Very often thought of when dealing with the public who have "problems"; it helped me get through the day on many occasions.  

It sort of comes hand in hand with compassion.  It was difficult to think that way though, dealing with some wealthy customers who thought they were above social graces.
