lmao, you lefties
while they're down there I guess, Joe, lol
i get this feeling - just from cs'ers mind you, nobody else, that the libs are climate change deniers too
fact is, you'll get deniers in all camps, labour and pmsl - greenies too but, they might be excused if they came from the flower power era ๐
and as for the topic, i quote.. forget who it was - "where theres people theres corruption"
who said that?

Anyone who doesn't believe that most politicians are in it to feather their own nests is naive. Both sides!

Short term memory from the left... Lets see Craig Thomson being supported for years and now a convicted criminal, Ian Mcdonald and Eddie Obied being supported for years and will go down. Many more Labor members yet to be exposed all with connections to Eddie. Then you have the labor unions and Michael Williamson and others.
Barry was stupid over a bottle of wine..... BUT he fell on his sword and resigned quickly... UNLIKE the Labor lot.....
But how many more are going to fall from both sides over AWH and Eddie Obied.
More to come and more to fall from the corrupt touch of Eddie and NSW Labor.
Given that Obeids activities were starting to unravel big time (particularly after Iemma made it clear on his resignation) I would have thought that any incoming Premier (particularly one who was in opposition for a very long time and platformed against state corruption) would have ensured that he stayed well clear of anything Obeid had a hand in.
As it is O'Farrell admits to at least a phone call a month with DiGirolamo. The bottle of wine is just the tip of the iceberg.
I didn't mind O'Farrell but in my opinion, he is stupider than all the others put together. Because he should have known better.
As he was in opposition when Obeid was spinning his web, he should never have gotten trapped in the first place.

I wonder how he got trapped?
But you're right, he must've been awfully naive (stupid) to get caught up in the web.
