The 1871 Census says that he is born in Warwick, leamington. Does the Warwick narrow it down a bit? I have no idea how you are finding this burial info flashie, is it via ancestry?

Leamington is in Warwickshire county.
If you search ancestry, you will find his birth in 1863, unfortunately, no parents listed.
I have been searching censuses, marriages and deaths, but cant find any definite record of his parents. I think the burials flashie put up are on ancestry, still no real way to link them together though.

Just looked it up Punch,I am beginning to think that must be him as there certainly doesn't seem to be anything else that fits. How brave and desperate he must of been to be a stowaway.
I am 99% sure you guys have the right family, I was just looking at the Census when he was 17 and he is listed as a shoe maker, on his marriage cert it says he is a boot maker.

YAAYYYYY! We have a stowaway in the family - our first stowaway... ๐
Desperate yes, but sooo brave, not everyone would be so courageous.
