Anyone else into seeking their ancestors?

I have become adicted to Ancestry.com and am lucky enough that one side of my family can be researched way back into the dim times.

The other side has hit a brick wall and I have to wait until someone else in the world may have more information.

How is everyone else going?

You've cleared up a little mystery for me roserobin ๐Ÿ™‚

Wondered whether one of them went to live in Perth after their husband passed away in Moonee Ponds Vic. I cross checked all the dates and the headstone confirms it. Confirms another mystery sibling for me as well ๐Ÿ™‚

YW.

Does the mystery relate to the "extras" hubby found or one of the others...Have to say with all the extra names on some of them I did wonder whether you might uncover something you didn't know. A sort of bonus.:-D  Glad to have been of service. Anytime.

Clair, does that headstone say Alexander was 82 years old or 92 years old?

I'm pretty sure I already had all of it, but I was pretty impressed anyway. I searched here  http://www.aucklandcity.govt.nz/dbtw-wpd/symondsst/sscem.html

I knew which cemetery to check because I'd found the death notice a while ago.  Cant remember the website to search their newspapers, but you'll probably find it if you google.

I only had a few that ended up in NZ, all reasonably uncommon names which helps.

Thanks Clair, I really must get up there myself and have a look.
