Hi, is someone able to help with this because I'm having total brain drain trying to work it out. There's a job advertised which states 32 hours per week, $44.000 per year pro rata. Can someone give me an idea of what the hourly rate would work out too?

$44000 divide by 52. then divide by 32 gives you your hourly rate

$26.44 an hour is what I have worked out too.
However, I suck at Maths, but I could be correct!
Would never crow about it using large, bright red font though, in case I am wrong ๐

$44000 divide by 52 then divide by 38 gives the hourly rate unless the standard week is less than 38 hours.

Thanks everyone, now I get it! I was just making it too hard for myself.

It's about $22.27 if the award is a 38hour week or about $24.17 if the award is for a 35 hour week.

they are working 32 hours not 38
