I've done stilton cheese soup loads of times, just like deep fried blue brie stuffed cap mushrooms and ' Smokies' (Flaked smoked mackerel fillet with triple cream blue brie over it under the grill) so I'd like to try out one or two other new recipes for cooking with blue cheeses if you've got a recipe or two to spare for me.
Pretty please 😄

Please, please, please give me a recipe or three to try out :-x

Thanks for that, but I tried the steak topped with blue cheese thing and didn't rate it all that much, and using the cheese to make salads isn't my idea of cooking with it either, but thanks for your efforts anyway.
