2 children have been abducted in their mums car, a black Mercedes.

2014 Mercedes Benz C200 sedan with registration BEQ 882, fleeing the home with a five-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy.

The mother was assaulted and tied up while the assailant fled with the children, in the mother’s car.

Mother is in hospital with serious injuries.

The police do not believe this to be a random attack.

The father was at work at the time of the assault and kidnapping. 

As this is a public forum, I won’t speculate… I hope and pray that that poor mother is being given emotional support and that the children will be found swiftly, unharmed.

The children have been found, at an address in nearby Mitcham.

A woman and two men have been taken into custody. Motive unknown at this stage.
