Anzac Diggers charged for Anzac Day services.

The world has gone crazy, where has the gratitude for what these guys did gone?

The Newcastle City Council has decided to charge Diggers for the hire of rooms, chairs and even flag poles for Anzac Day services.

In the news release you provided,  it mentions McCloy saying that he was a former Mayor of Parramatta.  To the best of my knowledge this is not true.  How much more of this story is untrue.  (I am a former Parramatta rate payer.)
