In my view there is a vast difference between passionate debate (heated discussion) and interpersonal dispute.
I agree that interpersonal anything should be given the chop but discussions that adhere to the rules of debate and address the issue are NOT interpersonal in their nature
Without debate society would still be in the cave.
Moderators may I make a suggestion? ............Thank you.
Do not be too hasty in your judgement as to what constitutes an "Interpersonal Dispute".
In a lot of cases interpersonal disputes are veiled so as to appear innocent the do not get the proper treatment that they so richly deserve. I realise that Lithum moderators are only noobies to this site and are not aware of the forum dynamics as yet, let us hope that the learning curve gets accelerated as time passes.

I just googled it. It's a Britsh drama, so we don't get it here (that I know of). I don't really watch dramas either. I did become a fan of The Walking Dead when they had a marathon recently and look forward to the next episode! The Governor is my favourite character.
We do get BBC news which I like.

Ahhhh...zombies.
just read a learned treatise by a psychiatrist on why he thought witches were way cooler, but he would always have a soft spot in his heart for zombies.

I see the show as the zombies representing other things (also).....they could be outsiders and a threat to their survival. They could also represent the remaining government trying to maintain control over a fractured society.
What made me a fan of the Governor was he fought against another group and lost. Wandering, in shock, he came across a family and the interaction with them and how he became leader again.....good stuff!
It would only take 2 weeks after a global disaster for a complete breakdown to occur....within a month it would be much like that series. It's just a matter of time. Will it happen in my lifetime? I think it will.
Like the Governor I would do just fine!

It is easy to be happy with one's lot in life if one does not know any better.
