From what I see it's the usual suspects that kudos each other - on whatever side of the fence they may be - I don't see that as bullying.
Maybe if you kudos someone, they noted your kudos, and then you withdrew it, and they noted that too, well how bored would they both have to be *yawn*
Maybe we need anti-kudos (thumbs down), now we could really pick on someone then
