LOL....For those who remember the "Hidden Garden"......this is so reminiscent...lol.
It was a forum within a forum during the 2008 consumer protest against Paypal only. Problem was, they hid the link until Hamburglamagic posted a 'Door to the Hidden Garden' Thread. Many of us forged cyber friendships on that very thread.
Maybe they could have a temporary forum or sub forum called "Political Bullpit"
At least then everyone can Bullpit to their hearts content.
Other than that, I have no problem reading the political threads, though dye jobs & glasses are a bit superficial, they offer a chance to pay out, & laugh about the ridiculous.

sorry azure, imo politics is politics. All the same.
But a thread about breastfeeding is very different to a thread about teen pregnancy.
Some might see the two the same way though?

Unless you breast feed in Parliament...:^O
Then it gets real political to the point of ridiculous !!

I just don't get it DDB, what's the big deal? & why, if you don't like political posts do you care, what's your opinion on what should be posted on CS?
There are many people who don't read breast feeding or teenage prgnancy threads but don't object to them being on here.
No use spitting the dummy, give us your reasons other than "you don't like them" ]:)

Sukiri, I don't blame people for not wanting to hear about politics anymore which is not to say they should stop others engaging in debate over it. e.g. In the past 5 years we've literally been earbashed to death with the most ridiculous sloganisms, Subversion, undermining, dirt files, scandals, meaningless argument, & accusation etc etc etc.
It's the game that people are sick of because it enables & promotes those with egos so absolutely Huge, they overshadow the needs of an entire nation.
We're a laughing stock OS. British papers are calling it a 'Race to the Bottom' election campaign. "Sigh".....so hard to find good Pollies these days. :_|
