At what age is it okay for a sleep over?

For your son/daughter to allow their partners to spend the night (same bed) in your family home?

Re: At what age is it okay for a sleep over?

I have been reading this and thinking long and hard.  I showed it to my 13 yr old son and asked him what he thought and he had no idea.

I am coming to the conclusion that once they are over 18 (and therefore legally adults) I will allow them to have partners overnight as long as their partners are over 18 too.

Mind you, the way my older boy is going, he will be about 20 before he leaves the house for long enough to actually meet anyone :^O

use this opportunity to choose yourself a daughter in law and only invite those ones that fit your criteria?

That would make a fun thread ... criteria for future son/daughter in law ... I'd be saying "no screamers" and "got to be able to cook" :^O
