Aussie $$ set to fall

Following on from other events like the fall in interest rates, high unemployment and Australians high debt.

Rumors within the investment community believe the AU$ is about to fall.

I personally believe its about to trip over and fall on its sword.

So many will say that's just being negative, I say it will happen and it will be sooner than most think 1 to 6 months and the $$ will be falling.

The net effect of this will be that prices will rocket up as so much in now imported.

Yes GMH has had a few hand outs to keep them going, but a lot more much sooner would have saved many more jobs for moving over seas.

and rumor has it if any of the three remaining car manufactures fold the last two will quickly fail as the components suppliers will no longer be viable.

yes, a few days ago, when I purchased something from the USA, my price was lower than that listed. Today it is higher.

WOW look at that a 5c fall in just a week, look out below for more of the same.

It would;d be interesting to know how many billions of Australian $$ have move over seas in the last week as our interest rates fall and the AUD falls over itself.

australian dollars or o'seas dollars ?  lets wait and see shall we , i think it will rebound , creep up again. its fundementals are too strong for the safe haven seekers to resist  for long.

The only rebound will be a "dead cat bounce" and yes its a technical term, well sort off.

As much as people say we are doing great its all been spin and propped up with spending of money we don't actually have.  

As signs of the US and Europe start to look better it is now our turn to do the hard yards and they will be hard.

I believe out AUD is heading closer to .90c over the next year

they are saying that our economy will slow over the next 2 years, mining is coming off it's peak and that the U.S. is showing signs of recovery
