would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.

Had another bit of a sleep in this am:)........and yes sandy heading out for a mocha and have a look at the gs if any are about......not long till you go away girl.......shame about your mate not being well but better to be crook at home than when away on a holiday.

Richo looks like you are buzzing about to day also..........strange day up here with a light drizzle nothing more never known weather like this ever

Morning Richo, JV, Sandy, Purpe, everyone.  Not long to go now Sandy, the break will do you good, force you to stop for a bit and relax.

JV this has been a wierd year for weather but the record gurus say we have had worse, not that I can remember for over 40 heat. LOL

I discovered from my new egg cup book that I have passed up on a couple of good ones at the oppy and on ebay, so it was well worth it Richo.

Good to hear from you purple.  Enjoy your trip out with Greg.

Your OH sounds like mine jv - he will do anything to help.  Going to go through the house tomorrow before we go.  When do you leave on your trip?  Is it before we get back?

I will definitely relax Linda - really pleased to be going this time as we've had a heavy couple of months.  I'll still be glad to get home as it is my favourite place.  Hate having to give the kitten back for a week but it did come well socialised.  It's too small yet for Matt to feed, plus Molly could get a bit rough.

Bought lots of vegies for 10c kg except the broccoli - that was all gone.  I bought 3 pumpkins, onions, parsnips, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, and red onions and it cost $6.60.

How did you go richo?  Have any good finds?  Do you only buy books or do you sometimes see something else.

Nearly forgot we are baby sitting at their house tonight - the parents are going out for dinner.  Matt has been a bit off colour so Kim is taking out .

Hi Sandy and will be leaving in a week so will have to catch up with all your holiday goss on the return.......yes the OH is wonderful has been a tower of strenght these last few months:)

House nearly done and yes the house always looks nice after a clean but its so dammed humid today its pouring out of both of us

Highlight of the morning was visiting- and the newest grandie was awake this time.

Good afternoon richo and ladies.

Just had the kids up to play with the kitten.  Milla was more interested in it's toys - at one stage it was sitting on her knee.

Richo, Matt comes morning and night - lets the chooks out of a morning & gives the dogs their biscuits then comes back at night to lock the chooks up and feed the dogs - his payment is the eggs!  They stay inside and have a doggy door.  The kitten is going back next door with it's brother for the week. 

Good you got to see the grandie - bet he's growing.  How's the farm going for your son?

Made my zucchini slice and now there's no more cooking until we get home.  Home made soup tonight, enough zucchini slice to take away and for tomorrow night so the break starts now.

Frank's mowing the grass and tomorrow is going to wash the car & clean the windows.  He has just the inside.

from the grandmas side of the family. lol.
