Back from the doctors and a bit of a mixed bag. Dr pleased with the op but needs to see him again as there had to be biopsies taken results will be back in a week,Dr not happy with what he saw,so am trying to process everything mentally,ain't no fun this getting old business

Purps, that stuff u have to take is foul geez u need to treat yourself to something afterwards.

That's a worry JV, but, at least they will be on top of what ever it is quickly.

Have I told you about my new neighbour, directly next door, he is replacing Jacob, hope he is nice because he is the Assistant CEO of our Hospital.  Things happening there today, Telstra have been twice guess he has some clout, haha

Very dull day here, I did get a walk in earlier.  We got quite a lot of rain last night and it has been drizzling all day.

What was up with the car richo?  Hope it wasn't very expensive.

Bet grandmoon's OH is thrilled with his gift!

jv, thinking of you and your OH and hope all the results come back OK.  He will need lots of cossetting.

Don't envy you purple - I hate that mixture.  Is it the one you can put some lemon cordial in?  lol at Isla - Milla was Millazilla today at times.  I think Matt & Kim are going to have some fun with her as she is very determined.

Rained here during the night as wll Linda - must have been a bit as the bird baths have quite a bit in them.  Have you been to a diabetic educator lately?  Quite a few things have changed - you can eat a lot more things but the exercise is the main way to keep the levels down (and weight).  It's a hard life if you're like me and have those genes where you gain weight walking past the bakers.

Must be nearly time for stawka to make an appearance.  She's had some late nights lately.

About to head off for a long walk ending at Matt & Kim's for dinner.  Will say goodnight as won't be back until late ...

Arvo Sandy--hope Milla liked the new toy and she is learning

how to make cakes---from the master cake maker.

The car---$70,00 labour-------took Bazz about an hour and a half. (good bloke)

Did not need to flash my pension card..lol.

$120.00 of parts at mates rates from the old work place.

New spark plug leads-fuel filter-auto trans fluid and pan filter and gasket.

Fixed lots of small things as well.----put the brake pedal pad back on that fell off

months ago--feel a lot more confident driving it now.

Could have attempted it myself-but the car hoist makes it easy.

Getting too old for crawling around under cars.......................................Richo///////////.

Still overcast & wet on the sunny South Coast.

But - not that cold.

Drying washing in front of the heater -the clothes dryer seems to make things fit a much saller person by the time it is done.
