would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.

Good morning richo & everyone.  Says it's 20 but feels cooler - only 22 and sunny today.

Been up for hours - one of my "no sleep" nights.  Happens now and then.

Quite a few mexicans coming through in the next couple of months.  It will be good to see some friends again.

Yep jv, Frank's waiting to see the cardiologist - not long now.  Next Friday.  

Linda, enjoy your day watching Hannah then lunching with your family.  A nice break from the sadness.

Dom, what should come up on the local buy, sell page - a concrete lawn roller.  I'm second in line $10.  Might be needed!

We've got to next Thursday to buy the outdoor lounge setting while it's on sale - Frank's got to have blood tests Monday so might continue on and buy it.

Freddie, are you feeling fit for your holiday next month?  My cousin has got her hip replacement date - 11th June.  Can't come quick enough.

How's the ankle feeling with a bit more use stawka?  It's probably a bit weak.

Ooaks, do you have rad today or only week days?  Hope your dd is well enough to visit this weekend.

hubby pushes the aircon on as soon as he gets up now , winter has arrived.... still blue though , wish we could

Sandy poor you , sounds like you had a long night , what a drag it is when you cant sleep 

i bet your worried about your Frank that's natural , like JV said they can do so much now and that's fantastic 

but doesent stop us worrying does it .............  weekends of the rads Sandy yay , my first full week coming up

JV  they have given me sorbolene cream to apply 3 times a day, but i dont know if it was you or i read it somewhere else 

to be carefull of it coause it can fry ? or something ??  or did i dream that up lol

what you you use ? and you Freddie ?

Lovely morning here sun shining heading for 22deg.

Wow I hear the 4yr mystery of the missing twins from

QLD have been found with their Mother living here on

a isolated property. Sandy i'm ready and waiting for our

holiday I have 2 more private physio and of course my 

hydro 2 weekly which I intend to keep up until they kick me

out  Ooaks I was fortunate not to suffer

any burning I used the sorbolene- but after the rad finished and

I was home I ended up with a angry rash which was thought to

be shingles but it turned out to be a late reaction to the rads. 

Sandy i'm so grateful my sleeping pattern has improved I might

have the occasional night where I drop off and wake a couple of

hours later and I can't get back to sleep until early morning but you

live with that when it's not an ongoing thing. Hope you receive some

good news next week Trav and the offenders get their punishment.

Hoping for some more pineapples from the guru for you Richo I need

a guru for my china/ruby glass collection.

Morning all,

Ooaks it was a sorbelene cream that i got in the pharmacy at john flynn....east coast cancer clinic advised me.  Very important to apply as directed etc...also drink lots of fluid.....wasnt allowed to apply deo either.....just used a baby soap to rinse that area.  I was very lucky no burns.....doesnt seem to be a rhymme or readon to that.  Never wore perfume to treatment either....just stay au naturelle.....u can get very tired and must rest....also watch out for depression and speak to the doc if that raises its head....just be kind to you.x

girls am trying magnesium tabs for the pain just one a day....may help early days.....doc recommended it as its a bit of a minefield with the heart meds......will let u know if any relief.
