Good very early morning (but actually night), blokes and sheilas,
It's 10°C and I have the heater on downstairs.
I've been enjoying a small splash of Alfred's Gin (with 13 botanicals and buttery pea flower) with a lot of tonic water. It's delicious. One glass only, then it's water that's been Sodastreamed, and a cup of strong filter coffee.
How strange it is to see the world close over the head of people we've lost. Richo, I raised my glass to you among a few others.
Big Caulfield win? $19... well, it's better than a kick in the bread basket...

Good afternoon everyone,
Another cold windy one - but not gale force as it has been.
Walked the pooch - did the washing - made some soup - watched Ariarne - what a swim.
A win of any sort is a bonus - go View.

Good afternoon everyone.
Lovely day in Coffs today. Getting better as the week goes by.
You'll have to excuse me at the moment. We've had a medical problem with Frank's
heart and have been in and out to the specialist for a couple of days. Looks like he may have to have a pace maker inserted. One thing the specialist said was there was definitely no covid cases in Coffs at
the moment. Good to hear as they still mention Coffs on their morning catch up.
Great race Dom - Ariarne swam a great race.
Looks after yourselves ...

rose*petals, that must be worrying. But a pacemaker should make an enormous difference. The latest ones are high quality and the surgery to insert it is minor and very quick. The battery should be good for 14, 15 years, and the check-ups are non-invasive.
Let's hope that the COVID-19 cases in Sydney come down. It's inexplicable that some people are still getting together with extended family members in other households.

((( hugs for ))) Frank.
Here going through the lead up to a total knee construction - again - thank the Gods - we only have 2.
Having given scans - bloods - all sent to the relevant bodies - I was wondering why - one was supposed to turn up in Sydney on the 28th - given the circumstances - for a Pre-Admission - in person.
All solved - got the Doc - onside - asked the Hospital - now going to do - telephone - Pre-Admission.
Just an up - not my knees. lol

Then you can still dance the hokey cokey, domino...

Hokey Pokey - Countess.
I still do 10,000 per day - steps I mean.
5th Fit thingy now on the go. lol
Perhaps - instead of the Gin - a little warmer - is needed.
Try:
No additives needed - warms the ' cockles '.

Good morning everyone.
Sunny here today, and heading towards around 20 degrees, after a cold start of just 1 degree this morning.
Sending best wishes to everyone with medical problems (and their loved ones).
Also thinking of all those in lockdown, and hope they stay safe and well.

Good afternoon everyone,
Beautiful here - no wind.
The Olympics are good - the swimming has been excellent.
Op has been postponed for the moment - I hope Frank's if needed isn't.
Supermarket today - was like a ghost town - heaven only knows how small businesses are coping - 5 weeks & counting.
I hope all are safe & well.
