would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.

Countess, for posting your cheese cake recipe.

I had a few things to do this past couple of days for wifey and my mother. 

I'm also trying to make plans to visit 2 of my boys soon,  and have been trying to move a couple of things around so I can catch up with them.

It reminds me a little bit of Dani Valent's basque cheesecake in appearance, although I don't think his had a base.

I will just have to wait for a special occasion to try out your recipe, it looks good.

Good afternoon everyone,

I have been busy cleaning up one of the downstairs rooms, it looked more like a workshop and still have some more to do.

Next week,  I plan to go and see a couple of my sons and will stay with one of them for about a week.

I'm looking forward to spending some time with them.

That sounds wonderful, Trav (I mean both the fact that you cleaned up a room and that you are going to spend some time with your sons).

I would like to clean up a bit too, but I haven't felt too well lately.
