Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

Linda i thought you knew about Vic passing away.

Was on the front page for a couple of days-would have sent you mail.

Sandy -the perfect weather finished before noon.--started ok lol.

PH -any wind damage up in the Dandenongs--80ks + here.

JV---Lyndel was a regular poster on this thread years ago.

The older posters will remember her devotion  to Vic and the

full time caring that she did without complaining.

Lindel moved on from here- helping folks on the buying and selling thread.

Very knowledgeable on the collectors threads as well.

Evening all,

Richo, hopefully tomorrow will be much better day for you.

Coming home from the dentist we had to detour due to trees accross the road on Burwood H/way Upper Fern Tree Gully/Upwey and Tecoma.

Very windy at one stage up in the hills this afternoon, died right down now.

The dentist looked at the MRI  that I had done on my mouth, so much for the Oral Surgeon saying the roots came out with the tooth that fell out.........

Roots are still there, so until the gum starts to hurt, the dentist wont do anything, she said it might start hurting or it may not. She smoothed one tooth down, where it was catching my tongue. Dont have to go back unless I get another ulcer or the roots cause pain.......so really pleased about that.

Linda, you can always have more than one hobby

Scrapbooking can be very expensive, depends how you want to do the pages, I buy alot on ebay, just a bit cheaper than the shops.

Having another early night. going to read in bed for awhile.

Evening all and yes Richo can remember Lyndel and her knowledge on the collectors thread....a massive void for her nothing prepares you for it no matter how ill your mate is:(  Another day over not much happening here house nice and quiet and the old boy already whinging about the footie season winding down and whats he going to do heard it all before grumble grumble.

Linda thinking all hobbies can be as exy as you want them to be i know that photography can go through the roof nothing like glass envy to burn a whole in a shutterbugs pocket, hope u find something that really interests you and you get a buzz out of it:)

Mornin g blokes and sheilas.

20 degs at 5am--and windy.

Trouble yesterday was not only 2 staff members short-it was the last day of the month.

Then in the arvo we got a project from HQ that had to be done by 6pm.

Many hours needed for it to be done properly--did the best we could.

The usual calm and collected boss was running around like a headless chook.

Ripped the fridge door off getting a can when i got home lol.

Today should be more settled...................................................Richo.

Good morning richo and all the girls .

Sounds like a day from hell richo.

Had a very busy day yesterday but very enjoyable.  6 for lunch and lots of chatting.  A gift of a nice bottle of moscato which some of us enjoyed and some lovely flowers.  One friend stayed for dinner as well so didn't get in last night - she is a single lady on a pension who has a struggle so I try and help her out when I can - even a meal.

Off to Moe this morning for the dog grooming then a quick shop with Kim later in the day - she wants a new floor rug and saw one at Spotlight and I received a 40% off any item not on sale voucher by email but I have to go with her and present my card - that will only take half an hour.

Scrapbooking is quite expensive but once you have a few bits and pieces, it is not so bad.  I've been doing it for around 6 years and could open a shop - do a lot of other paper crafts as well.  That is why I am still so far behind.  I also buy a lot of stuff online.

jv, you could probably do some great pages with your photography.  Some of your bird photos would make a great page then framed.

Love your photo of Oliver purple.  Don't know if I have anything blue - not allowed to put photos of the kids on the internet (unless I can whip one on then off pretty quick).

Back to Chiro today and then the dreaded Dentist.  Not a fun day for me but has to be done.

So glad it is daytime, was dreadful night here, now power, tree down at back of block, tree down next door, and the wind, have heard nothing like it before.

Linda, good luck at the dentist. I always dreaded going, but the dentist I have been seeing is lovely, and now all my fear has gone.

Sandy, I started scrapping 13yrs. ago, after Tim died, a friend introduced it to me, as something to keep my mind busy & I have been totally addicted to it ever since. I think I could open a couple of shops as besides the paper I have everything for all the different techniques there are out there....

I am behind as well, DD is forever taking pics of the kids, she takes the kids all over the place to shoot pics of them.

JV, I hope my mouth/teeth will not give anymore trouble for awhile.

Richo, hope your day today is alot better than it was yesterday.

We are home today, OH has put the car in for a service, anyway dont want to go out in this weather. This afternoon we are having visitors.

DD, does photography, she has a site on F/book and her kids pics are up there for all to see, so she doesnt mind them being put up here.

Hi everyone,its bloomin freezing here.

Well 3 more couples went through the house on Monday,agent said they all seemed interested & overstayed eachothers appointment times.

2 of the couples are going in for the money this week,so that makes 3 looking at the money side of things.

Agent is ringing them back checking the above couples tomorrow or the next day,if he has not heard from them i gather they are not interested anymore.

First lady has not come back thank goodness!

And yep am going to be quite upset when it goes.............yep Richo i will get into new house when more things are done.

Hope everyones going well,off to the Royal Show tomorrow,taking an extra,may go on the train saves hunting out a hard to find parking spot,but............the train could be a nightmare too.
