On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

JV tell the you saw a big snake near their front door, that ought to make em clean up a bit.

Kess I did see the stage Cadell won and Simon won the Tour, good for Australia.

Will go home on Tuesday, when it will be in low 30's.  Buying a new aircon but has to fit in same wall space, that will fix the heat.

Richo, we had roast beef for lunch, was yummy.  Sandy you are a busy girl.  Purple hope you feel better tomorrow.

Linda have already shown them photos of the snake in their yard and coming over into my place they are bits of whatevers:( they dont live there and wont be living there till the house is demolished and the new one built......cant understand what the delay is but think the old girl keeps changing her mind etc etc re the design from what i heard from the structural engineer:(

It's been a beautiful day again - I don't mind these days when you can get out of the heat if you need to.

Advertised a portable air conditioner for Deearne's partner on Gumtree and it sold within 1/2 hour.  She'll be pleased.

We know richo is not very computer literate and if he thinks he really needs to know anything, he will get his son to show him.  He manages quite well .

Purple, still haven't organised any photos - I had a visitor this afternoon.  I have been asked to make 3 book cards - in fact she said she thinks she will get one for all her family and will give me a list .  I need to make a 50th anniversary one for Tuesday as well.  Will I ever catch up on the scrapbooking.  Might have to allot another day to crafting.

jc when are they starting to demolish the building?  Good excuse for another little trip!  I don't fancy having snakes in the vicinity.  Actually a friend's dog went missing and they advertised in the local paper.  They found him a few days later dead in the grass and they think he may have been bitten by a snake.  He was a great little jack russell - when my cousin's grandson was younger or when James goes up there, he always came with his ball.  He would chase his ball all day.  James loved him.

Sounds like you had a great time kess but now back to the monotony!  Would have been hot over in SA while you were there.

Tomorrow is card/scrapbooking card but we're missing one of the ladies - her sister is very ill with lung cancer.  She was only diagnosed about a month ago and given 12 months but she has taken a turn for the worse.  Our friend and her two other sisters are going up there near the hospital to spend time with her.

Off to do some ebaying.  Have some listings ending and some to put on - mainly for others.  Goodnight everyone... ///

Hi Sandy not sure when the demolishing crew comes in asked a few people and the owners are pretty non communicative, english not being their mother tongue......and yes a great excuse to disappear.......thats why id love a starting date.......think they are driving the architect and the builder right up the wall could be fun and games lol

Sandy those jack russells are great little snake dogs trouble is they dont know when to back off.......the only consolation for such a small dog it would have been super quick exit:(

Watching the cricket again cant believe how much sport has been on in the last 6 weeks:(

I am going to try and look through some photos of the kids, cool in here, the fan is going, still 36 out side. Going to be another hot one tomorrow, but not like the 41deg we had today.

Sandy, you are going to be busy making all these cards, maybe give scrapping away for awhile.

I guess everyone is after an airconditioner in this weather......I am so sure our summers are getting hotter.....might have to move.
