Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

JV, have no idea what we are having for tea..........the cook isnt here at the moment.

On our back deck it got to 33deg.......darn hot here in the hills, good for drying clothes.

Didnt get much scrapping done, Pam called in so had to put it all away from little fingers.

Have misplaced my reading glasses that I use for the comp. using my new ones & cant see very well, have looked everywhere cant find them, even looked in the freezer as I have a reputation of putting keys in there.

Greg can look for them when he comes home.

Having an early night so I can take this darn moonboot off, gets very hot on days like today.

Morning everyone.  Beautiful day coming up here.  Folk around me are celebrating Australia Day.  I have severe sciatica, I will not be celebrating anything.  Never had it so bad befoe, makes me think the surgeon may have made it worse hammering my hip in.  It will improve, I can't take anything foe it so just have to rest it.

Day 3 for Richo, so far, so good, hahaha

Youngest and her hubby bought a house yesterday.  Lou owns her house but it is too small for them all.  New house is about 20 years old and perfect for them.

Morning everyone,

At least the rain has stopped JV, you have had alot up there.

Found my glasses, Oliver had my ear phones & when he gave them back to me, I must have had my glasses in my hand, as they were twisted up with them, at least I have them & can see now.

Linda, sciatica is horrible, the last time I had it I just had to rest, Dr. gave me morphine for it, pain subsided after about 5 days. Hope it is better soon.

Good news for Lou and her OH, nice to have a house that is just right for them.

Hope Richo is having a good time with his mates, he will be home tomorrow.

Cool and overcast here today, only going to be 21deg, I can live with temps like that.

Glad to hear the family have a home that is perfect for them lets hope it all goes well etc etc

Purps glad you found the specs geez am lost without mine i always carry my old ones with me as well better than no specs.  However i can remember on one trip someone on the boat stuffed their glasses We were in south korea the next morning and one of the staff told them about a top person to get glasses from The upshot of it was they got new frames and lens exactly the same as theirs for 50.00 aussie shows how much we get ripped off here

Australia Day tomorrow cant get in the groove so will start the pack for the trip away we are both looking forward to getting away from the noise which no doubt will be full bore first cab in the am
