Not huge Stawka, around 1.25 kg, usually takes around 2.5 hrs in the oven, I think I had the temp a bit low, as I was experimenting, will up it 10 degrees next time. Hubs likes it still in the paddock, I like my meat cooked

Good evening richo and all.
Have had a good day with the ladies and not much coughing - which they commented on .
We have used the turbo convection oven since we had the caravan and 3 lots of our friends also use them - we have 3! I stuff a fresh chook, rub it with oil and it takes one hour for a nice golden juicy roast chook.
I think I told you I have mainy vegies - baked in the turbo oven - I peel the vegies, out them in a plastic bag and add a tablespoon of oil and they cook great. Frank will add an oyster blade steak (his favourite, pork chop or lamb chop half way through and they don't drip on the vegies. When caravanning, we always used it outside and often washed greens, wrapped them in foil and added those as well. I haven't cooked cakes but while caravanning with friends, it was Vin's birthday and his favourite sweet is btrad and butter pudding so I bought a round casserole dish at the op shop and cooked him one fine.
Talking about asthma, no Linda yet - hope she's alright.
When I was younger and was in and out of hospital all the time with asthma, I lived on ventolin - both the puffer and in the nebuliser. Never sped me up (worse luck) but it does give you the shakes. Cortisone speeds me up. There was also another one years ago that has been removed now because it really sped you up - something like ephedrine. Linda would probably remember.
Good job you'e doing richo - where is the hysterical society? Have you met Joan Jones - a nice lady who loves to chat.
Hope all your backs feel better tomorrow ... waves to everyone,

Hi Sandy, good you're not coughing so much today.
Hope you had a nice craft day with the ladies.
How can you not know where the Hysterical Society is?....you live there, lol
They reckon to put the meat on the bottom and the vegies on top in those
ovens. Then it doesn't drip on the vegies.
Hope Linda is doing OK- she hasn't been in for a while
And speaking of MIAs - Helen has deserted us for Jon Snow!
Bet she got lost in those eyes
