Morning Richo, everyone. Sandy I never thought of some cortisone, will try 2 big ones over 2 days. Sometimes all the drugs just make me ill, yuck. I am beginning to think this is all caused from the rheumatoid injections, lots of really strange ailments, anyway, going to Michelle soon so will find out.
Richo, the only one among us that is fit and well, must be your diet, haha
Have a great folks////

Morning all ~~~
The tiling is still in the will we won't we stage - my concern is
if we do the tiling it will be laughing at the kitchen cupboard doors
and benchtop.
Anywayyyyyyy - the knees are a lot better today - JV I believe all my
joint issues will be fine around this time next year when i'm off the BC med
when I wake my hands and fingers are a mess until I get them moving.
You are sounding a lot better ooaks - sleep depraved but that will come good.
Linda I hope things improve for you - and Sandy take it easy try not to push
yourself. We have a week of over 30deg coming up with a couple of 35deg
days to remind us it is summer.

Arvo all,
Lotsa sickies. Hope all improve during the day.
Freddie, it's not a big job to just get the doors and counter top replaced.
Or either one will make an improvement. Maybe the counter top, seeing as it's
right next to the tiles.
Richo, I believe your pants are on fire. You're about as healthy as the rest of us.
I think Helen takes the trophy as the healthiest, even with her leg problems.
Nasty day today. Pita next door is due back, so I've taken a leaf out of jv's book,
and spread some dynamic lifter around this morning.
He's also planted some kind of vine on the fence which is engulfing my garden.
I poisoned it! If he can't/won't control his plants, then I will. He'll just think it's
because of the heat and lack of water anyway. He never waters anything.
His lordship had a free meal for 2 for a degustation lunch at the Eureka Skydeck today.
I didn't fancy any of the food, so he's taking a friend for a fine dining experience.
It's better than someone enjoy the experience, rather than just pick at the food.
Don't think I could take the height thing anyway.
32 deg atm and only up a notch to 33 later.

think i caught the migraine with the instant asprin
all you poor peeps reading this it realy does work often if you take 2 asprin instantly with a full glass of water, but it has to be instantly at
the first sign of the symptons
Richo that weather sounds horrid the wind is scairy when it's so hot
