Needle in right shoulder today and I will have Hannah, because she is so tall people look at her as if she should have a  mask on.  So she has started using one when she is up the street..

Hey Stawka glad  to know you are still with us.  We don't want you in hospital.

David, lovely to see you too.

I told Libby at X  Ray Hannah was only 11, she said let her be and she would watch her when I went in for my needle, just in case anyone gets smart.  Sad to say but it has happened, not on Libby's watch.  Needle is pressure and a bit of pain.  Tomorrow I will be in a world of pain, next day, Thursday, I will feel terrific and it generally lasts about 3 months.  Friday we do it all again, but it is worth it for 3 months free of pain in my shoulders.

Not hungry just sitting, might end up just going to bed.  Have a good night folks.

Know its painful-but you go back when the needles are due.

The freedom of movement makes it worthwhile.

What happened to Hannah while you got the injection?
