Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

Evening all

What a lovely day, a friend called in early this morning and invited me to go for a drive down to the coast to look at a holiday house they are thinking of buying. 

We not only had lunch down there but also had an early dinner.  The weather was lovely and had a relaxing time.

I am off to bed now.

Good morning richo and everyone.

Thanks for the commiserations - and thanks for the messages.  I am OK - just very sad and Frank will be devastated as Smokey followed him everywhere in the garden.  If I was out in the shed working at the table, he would come out and sit up on the table with me.  He will be missed but no more cats.  He is at rest now in the garden with a carnation James bought and put in the ground.  Kids are very sad.

Enough about sadness.  Have I told you Frank weill be home tonight - thank goodness.  He's had a good time catching up with old mates but he is ready to come home as well.  I think his plane leaves just before 11.  Also, only 9 days until we go to Mildura.  This is where we are lucky - living in units, the others will keep an eye out and Matt will be up twice a day to tend to the animals.

Well, lots to do (Franks usually helps a lot) - I have craft here today which will keep me occupied so I best move.  The cleaning OCD friend will be here so best go and dust etc.  Have a good day on this hot day .....

Morning Richo, Sandy, Purple, Stawka, Helen, Grandmoon.  You have a busy day Sandy, best to keep busy.  It is going to be 26 here today, seriously, I hate it when it goes from cold to really, really hot so quickly.  Thankfully only 22 tomorrow in Melbourne.
