Hi Sandy -looking better for the dog-amazing what a haircut can do.
Did you get a ferret in the Moe oppos today-any finds?.
Geez -your like Johnny Appleseed-only -with oranges.
Must have been a sudden choice for JV -cant. remember a mention

Hey Deb, you know what, we all have to have a laugh. We all are getting older, and have various problems, but still have our sense of humor.
Didn't realise Bathurst was on until I turned TV on and Chas Mostert had a big off, hurt himself, and stopped practice.
Richo I already have my fingers crossed, I am hoping for bad weather before you go.
Most folk here know my late hunny had a spinal injury, fairly serious, incurred when he was 32. He lived with pain for 28 years, I have no idea how he coped but lots of admiration for the way he did. If it helps, he used to say every day he woke up, was a good one.....and yes...I have bulging disc too. Lot of old crocks we are.

Geez Lindaโฅ--Les did it hard--and so did you caring all that time.
I dips my lid to you-for all the time you were house bound-lifting him out of
bed and other things that needed doing-i reckon the hip replacement you
had recently was cause by the efforts you put in looking after him.
Wipe eyes--back on the fishing trip Sunday--think it maybe a counter lunch in Yarram.
well i hope so....................................Richo////////.

Linda.......you speak for yourself regarding old crocks
My back problems come from the way I was born........back in those days they didnt have the resorces they have today.......I have learnt to live with my pain, as nothing can be done and that is it.
I didnt realise that Bathurst was on this w/end, I just read it on the internet.........not interested in that anymore.
Richo.........storms are forcast for the weekend......that will be nice.
Greg is spending the w/end moving one of his big fish tanks to back deck, no fish in it..........we are going to use it to grow veggie seeds and plant cuttings in..........they work wonders, already doing it with a small fish tank.
Now he only has one large fish tank, with alot of large fish in it.
I have to finish a journal book cover for a nurse that works with Pam, have been putting it off, okay to make them and give to Pam, not really wanting to do for others, as it is only a hobby.
This daylight saving is a pain, I just realised it will be 6pm soon and dinner time.
Enjoy the evening////

Good evening everyone.
Didn't go downtown - to get Pedometer - as yet.
But - found a step counter - tucked it into my duds waistband.
From 12 noon - til 4pm - I have done 4,783 steps.
Am I doing enough - or does game need to be lifted.
Help please.

They reckon 10,000 steps per day to maintain health
I could never get that far
Is it a good one? You have to measure your stride apparently

Helen--any steps you take are a step in the right direction.
Linda and anyone in north Victoria-check the latest warnings from the BOM..........Richo///////////.

Don't think it is that crash hot.
Any suggestions of which I should get - please would be very grateful.
Don't know much about this kind of excercise thing.
If I double that for the day - still not good enough.

Thanks,
A bit of rain and a thunderstorm heading our way,(the thunderstorm may misss us as there is a gap with
only a bit of rain in the middle),
Rain has a habit of heading straight for us and then missing the town completely,
