Got up to 31 here earlier.
Daughter can't come until later. The whipper snipper she wants to borrow
is still in the box. Seems a bit cheeky really.
But she promised they would be done for the bin to go out tonight.
Nagged my local 'hubby' about the fly wire doors. Don't think he wanted to do it
in the first place. I hate that, when they don't tell you up front.
He's dropping in tomorrow, for 'a chat about them' Dunno what's so hard.
If I could get the doors off and then back on, I could do it myself.
But they're steel, not aluminium, and extra heavy.
Ooak, no free meat in the delivery today (didn't buy any) but I did get a $20 voucher.

Richo, I have seen a lady at the market using her horse float, to bring all her chook, egg etc she had for sale, you can stack quite few hen crates into the back of one lol
I assume this guy had not other way to cart his hay, they were the large round round bales, which weigh a ton and and very hard to manoeuvre. It just seemed a whole lot of work, driving back n forth, carting 2 at a time but I guess he had nothing to lift them with and could roll them up the ramp and into the float.
Did you manage to catch up with your son? Hope so, farmers around these part a busy atm, weaner sales are on, according to my neighbour they are bringing quite high prices atm

I was out in the middle of nowhere, some years back, on a motorbike, and it broke down.
I walked into the nearest town, and the mechanic there said "I can go out and pick it up, but all I've got is..." and pointed to a horse float.
That made for an interesting trip back to town.
While I was sitting astride the bike, in the horse float, I had a look around but I couldn't see Richo's toaster anywhere, ha ha.
