A cold front bringing rain and storms to South Australia this morning will lash parts of Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania with damaging winds during the next 24 hours.

A band of rain associated with the front brought 36mm in nine hours at Ceduna this morning, which is their heaviest fall in three years. Tarcoola's 25mm was their heaviest rain in 10 months.

horrid temp , thank goodness the aircon is going , but im hoping theres no power cuts , poor old or sick peeps with no cooling in

It was supposed to be 40 here, then they revised it to 32, it is that now, which I still think is hot.  Have both Little Miss and Ethan for a sleepover, and we lost our power around lunchtime, 3 calls from neighbours, what is going on,  Clicked the link on the txt msg and it said power would be back on at 5, came on about 10 minutes ago.  The kids and I went up and back telling the oldies what was going on, they weren't fussed, just hot.

Golden should I be worried??? or just confused??

I took the kids to Officeworks, we had a ball looking and spent some money.  Hannah has my love of stationary and I think Ethan is fast catching it too, haha
