Remember you told me to have a good holiday and stay off the Bangers and Mash?
Well, for most of the time while I was in England we had pub dinners, and for most days I had Bangers and Mash for dinner. I loved the way they did their mash so creamy, 3 little sausages on top surrounded by a tasty gravy. Peas on the side. Yum-oh!
The only pub B&M was not on the menu was in Leicester, so I had Steak & Ale Pie with mash and green peas. Nice.
Washed down with a pint of Aussie beer.
The perfect ending to a hard day's sightseeing.
