Says Ryan Stig of Newcastle Knights:

NEWCASTLE Knights NRL footballer Ryan Stig has received backlash from angry social media users following a controversial rant about homosexuality and gay marriage.

The half-back uploaded a letter on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter that compared homosexuality to alcoholism and a "politically correct charade" that was equal to a "spiritual disease" and "demonic".

mundines just another fundamentalist, but he has a profile and a big mouth. it reminds me (although he's not in the same class) of Cassius clay became Muhammad Ali , who's conversion and outspokenness made him a target too.  someone should report on Brian Houstons thoughts, ask his opinion
