I've received Commonwealth bank, Westpac bank and NAB scam emails for ages.
Don't have accounts with any of those banks so I always delete them immediately

I get four or five NAB ones every day (never been with them) And several Comm bank ones for internet banking (don't have it) plus ANZ credit card alerts (never banked with them, never had a credit card)

Beware of bank scam emails

Thanks for the heads up warning Kopes.

A friend of mine who  is a very clever businesswoman actually got caught and gave out personal details.  All of her accounts were then hacked , phone addresses removed,  and thus followed stressful  weeks of  sorting it all out.   She was so embarrassed at   being so silly and could only put it down to brain overload at the time.

So it can happen to any of us.
