Mz laptop kez board has gone mad

They are NOT typos.  When I press y it prints z, and vice versa.  That is not the end of the world, but i cannot find some symbols.  I do not have exclamation mark, question mark is underscore, quotation mark is something else too, and cannot find the much needed "at"

This is my top row of keys with shift

+ĚŠČŘŽÝÁÍÉ  I assume it somehow reset itself to foreign kezboard

How do I reset it_   HELP

I restarted it after checking all the region and language are right, an it seems to be back to normal!  LOL

Thankfully it worked when restarted, because it would be a disaster as my password has numbers and symbols, and if it was not fixed I would never managed to log in again!
