'Roaches can be a pest but some control is possible by using a product that is available here on eBay. Punch in cockroach gel and a product produced by DuPont comes up. I've used it and it overs some control.

The simplest and cheapest way to kill a cockie in the kitchen is to pour hot water over them.

I often find them in the sink in the morning....turn the hot tap on...bye bye cockies!!
