Are u house bound?
I picture you just drinking all day! LOL
You know if you have coffee or tea, does that count towards water intake? Serious question?
I'm a quick drinker. Last night while visiting a relative in hospital, they were questioned about their fluid intake for the day, when they said a little water, a juice and 3 coffees, the nurse said she would consider all fluids as a good thing not just the water. Coffee is a fluid, unless they are those lovely little coffee lollies - I don't think they count.

Some reckon coffee is a mild diuretic, some don't reckon it is anything to worry about.
I used to drink close to that amount when I had a restaurant (access to good & free coffee helps !) and I am entirely normal, so my therapist reckons.
I reckon there would be more of an issue with whatever sugar and milk you took with it. I drank mainly espressos, sugarless, so no problem there ๐

no sugar yuk, it ruins the taste of coffee. I don't have that chocolate rubbish on my cappuccino either. I do have milk but don't weigh much and reckon I can do with the calcium.

You don't weigh much Boris because you are burning it off with all that nervous energy ๐

Any more than 6 cups of coffee a day can have a detrimental effect on your health,
That's great because I drink exactly 6 cups a day, all in the first 2 hours.
Boris, I bet you do sleep. You're sleeping right now.
