In a local shop recently, the bloke was looking for :
"a lolly to bribe my child for toilet training".
I was stunned.
Thinking further, what would he bribe a child with to sit still in the dentist's chair?
Is this child a politician in the making?

YAY and I mean that in the loudest woohoo way.
Channy's little man has OI (osteogenesis imperfecta) His first step was the biggest yay, because as with your little man it takes so much more, and there is that possibility that it is never going to happen.

sin, my daughter has suggested the 'wait in line, monitor' type of drop off at school
a number of times. The school is not interested. The 'park the car and get out to find your kid' is horrendous. There are just never enough places. Suburban women in their 4WD's double parking, so no -one can go anywhere! Want road rage, go to primary(prep)
school at 3.30 pm. Wonder if you can bribe the mums with jelly beans to behave?

I overheard a kid at the grocery store tell his mom he would be good if she gave him quarter. She frustratingly asked him "why can't you be good for nothing - like your father?".
