yeah, so even if its a waste of money we should still do it right cos whats more fun than making the unemployed suffer?

How do they suffer David?  It is hardly onerous to take part in the actual testing procedure, doesn't cost the person a single cent...the cost is all paid by the government.

Mandatory testing is becoming quite common in all industries now....why should the unemployed be able to put out their hands for a handout of taxpayers money withour complying with rules that the fully employed have to follow?
