Bunions

Anyone have some sure fire immediate relief from painful inflamed bunions?
I've been to the podiatrist and have orthotics so we're working on a long term solution, but I need some help to get me thru today. I can barely stand or walk they are so painful this morning.

Lurker, I read they are more common in females and hereditary.

Lol...funny if some here tried it. That's for jellyfish stings.

Well .. I was close pmsl!

In that case it's be pomfl.

A little more of a graphic video from The Doctors. I couldn't take having them with all the walking I do.

Here is another better option than the old style surgery. Able to walk day 2 and a tiny scar..

I remember my paternal grandmother moaning about her feet so you may be onto something there freddie.

Ok, foot is out of the bucket, and although it looks like I have a huge prune attached to my ankle, it does feel a bit better.  At least I can walk now.

Off to start on the jobs.  What should I do first, make up all the guest beds, clean the bathrooms or start on glazing the ham?

That looks interesting jimmy, I might ask my podiatrist about it next time I'm there.

I've never really been a heels wearer.  For a brief period in my late teens/early twenties, but I'm usually in flats or thongs or bare feet.  I actually can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have painful feet - not just bunions.

At the end of the first video they mention people in 3rd world countries don't have bunions. Maybe your shoe ware during that period when your bones still forming are all it takes...damage already done.

My feet always have hurt too, but I buy the best shoes money can buy and it really helps. And when I say best I don't mean Jimmy Choos or whatever their called, lol.

I need new work boots and I hear there is a great pair made by Red Wings...I think they're about $140. My sneakers are like walking on pillows....love em!

The shoes I probably wear most often and for the longest periods are my golf shoes and, yes, I always buy the best. There is nothing worse than tramping around a golf course for over 4 hours with sore feet

they also don't have much alzheimer disease in 3rd world countries i believe. if you have a life expectancy of 40 years there are many diseases you will never have.

The girl in the 2nd video starting having pain at 26 and is 34 at the time it was made. No doubt high heels are the biggest cause. Pretty sure they live longer than 40, lol.

What I said about buying the best money can buy....there aren't much of a choice when it comes to work boots. Once I bough Timberlands which are expensive for work boots (about $100). I wore them once and they killed my feet so I gave them to my brother.

When I say best, I meant comfort first....second, and third....looks forth!
