It's best to go easy on pain relievers and follow the instructions carefully regarding the number per day, and number of days you can take them.
Panadols and aspirin/nurofen/ibuprofen type pain relief can be taken at different times during the same day, as they have different actions, but again, I wouldn't be doing that very often or taking the maximum number.
I was a ballerina and am very very lucky not to have anything much wrong today. But I can sympathise, I used to have terrible pain from all that bouncing about.
I was told never to wear thongs, that they are very bad for feet. The best shoe is one which raises you slightly by a few cms. This can be sneakers, walking shoes such as Scarpas, or a low heel.
Lukewarm water and epsom salts/radox bath salts for tired out feet.
