I'm simply looking at the practicalities. I agree with you in prinicpal, but the Indons have us over a barrel and they know it.

To think we can make them back off by threatening to suspend foreign aid and train guns on boats really is dreaming IMO.

They can laugh in our faces just as easily as behind our backs.
