OMG!
And most of the country thinks this numbskull is suitable PM material??
And if that isn't bad enough when asked about Mr Kings proposed radical new policing system in which criminal suspects (only suspects mibnd you. Which i think means all Muslims in Mr Kings world) would be injected with satellite trackable micro chips shot from a "high powered sniper rifle" his response was:
"I'm just not going to get into the micro-detail of policing," Mr Abbott said.
Micro detail? That is policing? How about "I'm not going to comment on what is obviously a ridiculous statement by King"? That would have been a more appropriate response Mr Abbott.

The bank makes the rules about what you can have on your head and since banks have been robbed by helmet/ski mask/balaclava wearing people, they insist people take them off...........thus far they have not asked us to remove hats, scarves, leave pram outside, check bags...............

I remember the Carlita Mathews story (wearing a burqa when stopped by police for a driving offence) and the thread here got very entertaining towards the end.
I think babies thrust into Tony Abbotts arms for a political photo kiss opportunity would be conftonted by that occurence.
Has anyone read about the Rise Up Australia party (anti-Islamic, opposes multiculturalism and abortion, slogan 'Keep Australia Australian').? TA has preferenced them ahead of the Greens and Labor in Warringah.

Sometimes I see people I think would look better wearing a burqa

Not much difference IMO. The nuns' attire has gradually disappeared in this country, the other will also. Let's be patient and not judge.

The whole 'argument' is about not being able to see someone's face. How can you say there is not much difference in that respect LOL
